The eyeliner is super liquid-like and smooth. But the heart shape on one side is half dry while the other is wet. I will try and get another one to see if the heart will be fully wet.

The eyeliner is good, dark and thin for drawing really good lines, the heart stamp isn't perfect but you can work with that

The heart stamp for this is so cute! I love the shape and the quality and how easy it is to apply when you first use it.
The eyeliner applicator is thin and long and fairly flexible. It’s so easy and clean to put it on at first, and when you draw a line, it’s very hard to not make it perfect.

However. The formula for this product is not really great.
When you first use it, it’s very clean, but after a few strokes, it gets really dry and hardly any product comes out. This makes it really hard to do both eyes evenly.
The heart stamp shows up patchy in the center too after a while, unfortunately. And trying to cleanly fill in the heart is a pain…
Also, it smudges and smears way too easily. Even hours after application, accidentally rubbing or touching it will ruin the look and cause it to wipe off.

If you don’t touch it, it will look pretty clean. But I’d honestly rather use a different eyeliner for the quality.
(I’ll still keep using this for the heart, but nothing more.)

As someone with small eyelids I really like how thin the brush is as it doesn’t cover my lid like some other eyeliners. The eyeliner itself is pigmented and doesn’t smudge. The heart stamp works well, although it can be a bit difficult to get it to stamp right on my under eyes, but I’m sure that’s just a me issue and not an issue with the product itself as the stamp works well on sturdier areas of my face. Maybe one wish I have is that the packaging was sturdier.
